Christ Church, New vicarage.

Due to the old vicarage being demolished for a new church hall, a new vicarage was built.

The church and Diocese of Southwark are on a mission to become more sustainable so the vicarage was built to a near passive house standards. The vicarage was built to Grade One environmental standards. This means it is extremely energy efficient, decreasing the cost of bills as well as being environmentally friendly.

The project took 11 months from the demolition of the old building to the Vicars family moving into the new vicarage.
