Westminster Cathedral was in need of a commercial kitchen to cater for all the events they have on throughout the year. A small space was designated for the project so we had to make sure the space was used as efficiently as possible. The building was in use during the project so we worked closely with the Cathedral to cause the least amount of disruption as possible.
